Due to the garments being real fur and made to order we accept Exchange Only. 

Please email us within 5 days of receiving your fur for an exchange. We have a strict policy and anything over the 5 days will not be exchanged.

If items are custom made unfortunately we cannot offer a exchange or refund on these items.
